Terms Of Service.

Welcome to Presley Creative. By working with me or using my services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Presley Creative offers marketing services including web design, branding, and strategy/planning. Details of your project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Payments

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files or website launch.

  • Payments can be made via the methods listed in your invoice.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

3. Revisions

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions (outlined in your proposal).

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure projects move smoothly, clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.

  • Give clear feedback during the revision process.

  • Secure all rights and permissions for any materials provided to Presley Creative.

5. Timeline

  • Project timelines will be agreed upon at the start.

  • Delays in providing content, feedback, or payment may extend the timeline.

6. Ownership & Rights

  • Final designs, websites, and deliverables belong to the client once the project is fully paid for.

  • Presley Creative reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing, and social media.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If a project is canceled, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

8. Website Maintenance

  • Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing website maintenance and updates are not included in the initial project fee.

  • Support packages are available for continued updates and management.

9. Limitation of Liability

Presley Creative is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or software.

  • Loss of business, sales, or data related to the use of the website or marketing materials.

10. Changes to Terms

Presley Creative may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be available on request.
